Maya Animation and VHS/NTSC?

Is it possible to transfer a Maya Animation to be put on VHS in NTSC? and how?:) Thanks :)

What you need to do is render out with the NTSC 601 option in the render globals. Then take those series of images into After Effects and import as footage as a sequence. Then you can drop it into a composition and render it out into DV format or whatever format you want. I would stick with a lossless format.
Then if you happen to have firewire and a miniDV camera you can export it to a miniDV tape. If you cant do this you might be able to find a friend who can or just goto a local college that has some macs and most likely they have a way to get it off onto tape.

Good luck.

Rob
PS- in Maya you might want to render off the animation into fields or .5 to get full double frames.
