Looking for a good, but not too expensive video card.

I'm building a new PC [on a budget] and I'm looking for a good Nvidia PCI video card. I intend to edit some HD/HDV material.
As suggested by store salesperson, I've been looking at this one: here. [BIOSTAR V7602GS21 GeForce 7600GS 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card]
Any other thoughts, suggestions?
Thank you.

I'm also considering this one.
ASUS EN7600GS SILENT/HTD/512M GeForce 7600GS 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card.
Any thoughts at all?

Alright, it's looking like I'll have to go with a quaddro.
I didn't want to have to make a jump to the high end, but since I'm also likely going to work some 3D mojo, I don't think I have a choice.
