Need Schooling...how to hook up a TV for monitor use

Hello all, can someone tell me how to hook up a standard television as an output monitor? Using a MAC 2.6 dualcore with 2 nivida video cards. The televison has RCA and Cable jacks. Thanks

I'm not familiar with the setup of your video cards, but what I did was to get a Canopus ADVC 110. Firewire runs out of the MAC, into the Canopus, RCA or S-Video (take your pic) runs out of the Canopus and into the TV. You could use your camcorder as the analogue to digital converter if you want. I ended up buying the ADVC 110 for a project last year and then decided to use it to get the TV out.

You could get a controller card to put into your MAC, but I don't know much about them, other than they exist.
