Scenalyzer?

Has anyone had any experience using this? Does it do HDV? is it worth getting?

I haven't used it yet but people really love it over in the XL-2 forum. I guess it allows you to capture video and 4 separate channels of audio in one capture. With traditional capturing methods you'd do video and two audio tracks in one capture, then the other two tracks of audio in another capture.
