is Media Solutions sketchy?

Has anyone ever bought anything from www.promediazone.com or media-solutions.us

I just bought a RS-GL2 there, and then realized the fact that no confirmation email was sent to me.....has anyone had bad experiences.. I feel really uneasy right now.

I can still reverse the paypal payment.

Hi Adam,

I don't know anything about the vendor you linked to, and have never purchased anything from them. Cross referencing their business name with scamming practices doesn't bring up anything that I could see. A cursory examination of their posted prices indicates that they do not offer products using the same bait and switch tactics used by some of the more infamous and dubious retailers. This doesn't mean they are legit, nor does it offer insight on their ability to deliver or maintain customer satisfaction.

Generally, you won't find much info in these forums about many little-known vendors. That is because Chris (the site creator and host) has spent a lot of time developing relationships with a slew of known, respectable, and trusted vendors that offer a proven track record great products, great prices and great service. Subsequently, such vendors are invited to be sponsors of this site which helps to establish a workable system of two-way benefits, linking trusted vendors with a knowledgeable group of clients and consumers seeking their services.

Discussions in these forums often help to steer folks in the direction of these vendors with the knowledge that the customer is being given good information from a trusted source and can shop with confidence.

You can find information on the site sponsors at
http://www.dvinfo.net/sponsors
or by clicking the "Sponsor" link on the link bar at the top of the DVi pages.

Good luck with the delivery of your current purchase. If you would, please report back on the final results of your transactions with your referenced vendor.

Best regards,

-Jon

There are several very carefully evaluated dealers who directly support this site. They are listed at http://www.dvinfo.net/sponsors. Out of fairness to them, they are the *only* dealers we recommend here at DV Info Net.
