western digital external HD???

anyone ever used the western digital external HD for FCP 3... i know a few people that use the lacie, but i can get the WD one for cheap...

Specifically -which- Western Digital drive are you interested in? They make several.

sorry...

i'm looking at the 7200 80gig external firewire drives by Western digital, Maxtor, Acom and Lacie (Promax)...

i've just heard some of them don't work as well as others...
