best zoom
 

Hi,

I am configureing a web cast system and considering using 4 consumer hdv cams.

These must have the longest zoom available. which would you guys recomend?

Don't want to spend much, btw they must have firewire output.

Hi Rick,
You may want to check out the new Sony Consumer HD cams. From memory i read that at least one of them has 30x zoom. Now what that ends up in 35mm terms i don't know, but it may be worth checking out if it is only going to the web.
