16:9 with CD-ROM final delivery
 
Anyone know how much space on the top and bottom of an 800 x 600 computer monitor will a 16:9 movie leave when placed edge-to-edge on the screen?

I'd like to design the interface of the screen to allow motion graphics and static button controls to remain visible above and below the 'letterbox' area of the screen while the movie is playing.

(Note: this is CD-ROM format; client won't buy off on DVD)

Any comments or suggestions welcome. Thanks.
