Point Grey Research DragonFly 2 -- 120fps into a Mac?

I have access to a Point Grey Research DragonFly 2 1394 camera (one of the many perks of working in a research university). I know it runs at 60fps progressive, at least with the Windows SDK. I have a Macbook Pro with Final Cut Express and whatever opensource tools I can get my hands on. I want to capture video at full framerate (60fps) into my Mac so I can slow it down to 30p at playback (slow-mo!). Any thoughts on how to make this happen?
