"Must Have" glass filters

I recently picked up a 4x4 matte box, and I am looking into the kind of filters that are most liked/commonly used. I have 3 intensities of ND (.3,.6,.9) and a polarizer for general outdoor, but what are the more stylistic filters that you would recommend? (grads, diffusion, low-contrast, etc). I am shooting HDV with the Sony V1U.

Or secondly, what are your favorite filters and what do they do?

Hi Jeff
I find a couple of ND Grads the most useful filters next to the polarizer.... I often combine the Tru Pol and the ND grad to get that saturated sky in scenic shots..

I find the grads make a huge difference to landscapes...

Regards
Gareth
