Footage exchange

Just curious, maybe this has been brought up before, but I think there should be some sort of footage exchange. I, for one, would love some footage from India and being in the New York area, I could offer to shoot some stock footage for those interested. Any interest in this? Create a separate discussion board?

This has been brought up before, and I think the thread lingered for a while, before dying off.

I think that those interested in shooting this kind of stuff, would be a cheap alternative to a 2nd unit. This forum reaches worldwide, so it shouldn't be impossible to get exotic locals, or familiar sites. Just shoot, and mail the tape off to whoever needs it? Other than the cost of the tape and shipping, it is possible to do for very little.
