Anyone recommend a DVD or Video on lighting?

I've just bought my first decent light and have read John Jackman's lighting book and Ross Lowell's one. I'm just interested to know if it'd also be a good idea to get a DVD or Video that showed how to light and if so, which ones would you recommend?
