2/3" lens fit a 1/2" camcorder?

I would like to adapt a 2/3" chip Canon lens from a Sony Betacamcorder to a Panasonic 1/2" chip camcorder.

Is this possible? If so, where can I purchase the adapter rings or other necessary parts?

Thank you.

In most cases adapters are made to go from 2/3" lenses to 1/2" chip cameras. Panasonic Broadcast used to make the necessary adapters, so check with and Panasonic Broadcast Dealer.
