Vodeo microscopy - adapter HELP!

Hi, I need some help building adapters for marrying a Sony Handycam to a microscope. I am most likely going to be using a barrowed or inexpensive scope and will be going in through the eye-tube. My main question is, after removing the eyepiece, do I need aditional lenses to get an image? How do I calculate the necessary lenses needed to get the images? Where do I get lenses and how do I install them etc.? Could you point me in the right direction?

Thanks for your time,
