Best Way To Stitch Sandbags

I just received several Matthews Cordura sandbags (empty) and didn't realize I would need to seal them myself. Anyone know either the 'easy' way or 'best' way to stitch/seal them?

Thanks

best way is to go to a scuba dive shop and purchase the " soft weights "... then put them
in your sand bags...
