WARNING: JVC BR-DV3000 head problems
 

I just want to share my misery with a JVC BR-DV3000 deck that I purchased.

The heads of the deck gave up after one month and less than 50 head hours.

The experience with the JVC support has been thoroughly miserable - the deck has been in service for more than three weeks and still counting.

At least I do not seem to be alone with this head issue:

Maybe you want to stay away from those decks to save yourself some grief...

same thing with the panasonic agdv2500 deck. from the menu, its recommended to clean the head after every 20 to 30 hours of use. but i still have problem once a while.
