What camera?

Now that I've finally upgraded to cs5 and a new computer, I'm tossing out my trusty canon hv30's and A1 and going tapeless. I'm hoping to spend about five grand and buy at least two cams. I shoot docs and some commerical stuff. Most of my docs are overseas in troubled areas. I do get mugged from time to time so I don't like having too nice of a cam. Not to mention I beat the hell out of the cheaper cams. Frequently I mount them to bikes and hang them out of taxis etc. Lost a cam in Bogota this summer.

I have the rebel ti 2 for locked off low light shots and now I'm looking for something that I can run and gun with and possibly overcrank beyond 60p for capturing slo mo action shots. Most action shots would not be for docs but of kids playing sports. So technically over 60p should not be a priority.

Right now I'm thinking the canon xf100 along with an hf20. Since neither goes beyond 60p I was thinking of leaving the canon fold. Appreciate all thoughts and comments. I should add I do have mounds of all other eqiupment: audio gear, stabliizers, tripods, lights, etc., 5k is for cameras only.
