Camcorder "X" vs. Panasonic HC-V750K at DVinfo.net

I've finished my last shoot with my JVC GY-500U. Things have been going wrong, and I can't rely on it anymore. Alas. But it got me rolling, and I am grateful. I've got a little cash coming, and I want to rig a small production unit. I've determined that the Pana 750K is pretty close to the camera (x3) I want. I would appreciate comments, pro and con, and suggestions, hints, tips, tricks, anything that could lead me to the most appropriate camera/sound gear. Thanks in advance.
