Rehabiliting insane CF media cards

Here's a bit of useless information for you. If you have a CF card that has become corrupted, in my instance from trying to clone from another which was an embedded C-drive, the Sound Devices SD702 "format media" function will, with patience required to leave it do its thing, reformat a CF drive that two Windows PCs would not see or touch.
