At this moment I give a blu-ray with every wedding, regardless if they have a blu-ray player or not as I consider this as a backup disc as well, all files are on that disc at a 30mbs bitrate so they just could be copied. It would not be the first time I get a call that they lost their usb stick and did not make a backup.
Online viewing will be a big part of the future, no more physical disc or stick, just place it online for anyone to see and for the client to download. 4K viewing will be a part of that as well though I find that this still need some years to evolve/improve as in my case 4K online viewing often results into video/audio going out of sync and buffering.
