What Should I Do With My Nikon D2X ?

Bought this camera when it came out for $4999.00 and I quickly regretted it. I rarely use it anymore and I cant sell it because no one will buy it.
Should I throw it away ? Keep it ? Basically it just takes up space but I have a hard time throwing away something that once cost me $5k.
What do you guys think ?

I still have two and use them regularly. I now also have a D3x as well. They have a good intervalometer in them, so maybe you could use it for some time-lapse work. They have a big enough sensor from which to get 4K footage.

If you really don't want it, put it on Ebay. I just checked some completed auction listings and it looks like it might be worth a few hundred dollars.

I'd also consider just hanging onto it as a back up unit.

Are they really selling ? I took mine last year to the local camera shop to put it on consignment and they told me they wouldn't even take it because it wouldn't sell.

I think the new Nikon DSLR's for $500 are better than the D2X so I would be surprised if someone would pay $200 for mine.

If you search eBay, then click "Sold Items", you will find they are selling in to mid-$200-300 range.
A "mint" sold for $600
