Data coding specification on a DV tape

I'm a student and I'm looking for a white paper on physical DV tape recording specification for my university job. I mean not a video compression level, but rather low-level specification on how the data is physically stored on the DV tape.

Any suggestions?

regards

1- Maybe find out if engineering organizations like SMPTE or IEEE or ITU have papers on this.

2- There's some basic information at

There may or may not be inaccuracies.
