Shooting in England--Voltage Question
I feel like this may be a pretty thick-headed question, but I'd like to know for sure...what kind of voltage adaptor/current converter do I need to charge my camera? It had 110v plugs, I use it in the US, and I am travelling to London to shoot, where I understand the current is 240V.

Shooting in England or SCOTLAND
The standard voltage in the UK is 230v and if you are using the standard
charger (CA-920) supplied with a Canon XL camera you will be OK as it will work between 100v and 240v. If you are using another make of charger, look on the back, it should have a label showing the input voltage which for the UK should be 230v. Hope you enjoy your trip to the UK |
