Heard it on my Television Broadcast podcast May 31, 2006 broadcast.

USB 2.0 dongle which recieves DTV for $99.00 by Artec called the T14A and includes free shipping. Can check it out at zipzoomfly.com or search for digital tv tuner.

Also a K-World ATSC analog PCI HDTV receiver for $99.00 as well.
