I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but take a look at the Steven Dempsy's stuff at following site, and his composer:

http://www.pinelakefilms.com/

Check the blog out for composer contact.

You might like Sony's new scoring product: Sony Cinescore.

I came across this guy's website, he is a composer/performer of computer-based music and has some stuff up on his site for free (all he asks is to give him credit): http://andreasviklund.com/music/

I'll be checking him out soon as well.

Along those lilnes, I was working on some things at home when I guy came buy selling his solo piano CD. He is raising money for college and his playing is pretty good and the recording quality is good as well, having played mostly on 10' grand pianos in college recording studios. He hits the romantic era as well as some classical / baroque. He had never heard of music licensing, but I told him to do some research and I would get back with him in a month to discuss purchasing his music for use in my wedding videos. He seemed excited about the prospect, so I might have found a new source for musical scores.

And of course should this source be interested in working to publish his music to a wider audience, I'll pass along the info to anyone interested.
