Problems with Primera Bravo II...Help!!!

Hi All,

For some reason, describe appears to be scaling my disc artwork down
when I print to the Primera Bravo II. Please see the image links to see the issue. The original artwork is a square tif made with primeras template. I can only get the good print from the mac application Preview on the mac (for windows users, Preview is the mac equivalent of acrobat reader).

Has anyone seen this before and know of a fix?

as you can see in the following pic, the graphic prints to the edges

In the next pics, it fails to print the graphic to the left and right edges because describe shrunk the tif image prior to printing

Thanks for any help.

Cheers,
Scott

While I don't have any specific advice for your problem, I thought it would be helpful to mention a new group dedicated to the Bravo and Bravo II publishers. There is already some good information there, like how to use cheap Lexmark cartridges, how to fix cracks in the acrylic cover, technical information, etc..
