PP2 AE Workflow
 

Hey guys!

I use Adobe Production Studio CS2 and I'm looking to buy an XL2. I'm just curious about a few things. When shooting 24p with the XL2, what is your workflow for importing the video and working with it. Anything special that I should know when working with 24p?

I think Premiere Pro 2.0 just has a preset for 24p.
When you start your project, Premiere asks you your settings, there you can choose NTSC 24p (or PAL 25p, and so on), so you shouldn't have a problem.
Am I forgetting anything? Anybody can chime in?

I shoot with the XL2 in 24p, then import and edit in PP2 all the time.

Like Mathieu said, when opening up a new project, there's a DV 24p setting; pick from standard or widescreen, and you're good to go.
