Best 50/60 Hz HD Conversion

What is the best software for converting 60 Hz to 50 Hz and vice-versa? I'm interested in something along the lines of Snell & Wilcox's Alchemist Ph.C - HD, a motion-compensated converter. However, the conversion can be done offline, so I don't require a hardware solution.

Thanks!

It's the best software solution, I think.

It uses object based motion compensation. The results are totally pro.

Here is the algorithm it uses: CRC-FRC

Quote:

CRC-FRC is an advanced frame rate conversion algorithm for high quality film and video temporal conversion. The core of CRC-FRC™ is a patented object-based motion-compensated frame interpolation. Because it is based on image objects rather that on blocks or pixels, CRC-FRC is able to more accurately estimate the true object motion. New images are created by motion-compensated temporal interpolation between two input images along the motion direction. This method produces higher quality images and smoother motion compared to simple frame repeat, temporal filtering, or conventional motion-compensated frame interpolation.

Perfect! This is just what I was looking for...
