Just ordered my HMC40 from B&H...
 
...along with an extra battery (the Panasonic 5800 mAh model), a 32 GB class 6 Transcend SDHC card with a reader, and some other goodies (white balance card, a new microfiber cloth, and a step-up ring for my 58mm fisheye lens).

B&H was out of stock on the XLR adapter, unfortunately, so I guess I'll be waiting to order that for a bit...
