Panasonic AG-AC30: possible to record on a second card with timecode?

A friend purchased this camera for deposition work. The nature of the material requires that she records on two cards simultaneously so that she has a backup in case of corrupted media.

She needs to have timecode on both cards.

Has anyone achieved this successfully? I am asking the question because she voiced her frustration about timecode lacking on the media recorded via hdmi.

I still don't know what external recorder she uses and I'll find out and post here. I am wondering if timecode is available through the hdmi port.

Thank you.
