GS100 quality

Is the quality of the video on the GS100 high enough for doing documentaries and short films? Thanks

Just recieved my gs100

and will be fitting it with a raynox wide angle. I will be checking for vid quality for exactly the same goals as you describe. Will report soon.

Paul, the short answer is yes. Even the MX300/0 and MX350 would be "high enough," even though the MX5/953 and GS100 have better quality video. What you have to concentrate on with these cams is improving the sound: XLR adaptor/better mic, for docs, etc.
