pro cinema explained??

I just got my Gs100 and ready to shoot some new video.
All me video will be displayed on a 16:9 tv set.
For optimal results which cinema mode should I use? Pro Cinema??
I asume the cinema mode on menu 1 just cuts the top and bottom of which is what I don't want correct? So I leave that alone a togle through the button on the side of the camera above the flash button. Correct?

I'm going to try and help as much as I can till some of the pros get here.

The wide pro cinema mode button on the side of the camera has two modes. One push and its 16x9 with no black bars on the LCD. One more push and its 16X9 with a cinema type gamma curve and frame mode is enabled, still no black bars on the LCD. Audio is also enhanced + 6db on the bass. The cinema mode in the menu is (I think) so a person can view a 16X9 picture on a 4x3 set without it looking all stretched out. I could be way off on that one. A while back someone ask a question similar to this and I think got some good replies. Try the search feature on this board. It really works well and there is a lot of good information sitting on the shelves around here

Correct. Note that under Procinema mode, cam is locked on Frame Mode but manual adjustments are still available so you can play with them.
