My adapter for the GS100K is DEAD, help please...

Well, for some reason or another the adapter from the battery charger to the camera that allows me to work the GS100K from the wall outlet doesn't work anymore... The charger still works as does the battery, so it's gotta be the adapter that doesn't work anymore. Can I pick one of these up online from somewhere? If you know where please let me know, thanks.

You should contact your source in Japan first. They should be able to get that piece of item from Pany Japan easily. Perhaps it's even covered by warranty (could be the entire charger/adapter set though).

But that item has to be available in the US as well since the same battery/charger is used by the GS70 and the upcoming GS120 and GS200.

If nobody else can't help, then send me an email. I estimate that thing will cost betweeen $10-20, express shipping from Japan $15-20.

Allan, are you sure you can get it for 10-20$?
The simplest adaptor here cost 4000yen!

And also the GS70's adaprot is one slot, while GS100 can acomodate 2 batteries to charge overnight. It'll work of coarse.

Pany confirmed that they're selling the DC cord alone for only 630 yen. It seems his adapter/charger unit is still OK so no need to get the whole unit.

Sorry, I missunderstood. The word is for the adaptor cable not the whole charger...
