Please help and take a look at these clips!

I just received my camera today and I am getting some seriously unstable looking video in the 24P OR 24P Advanced modes. I have read all the post I could find regarding jerky or jittery looking video and I understand the mechanics of the 24p to 60 I thing but this is happening regardless if the camera is locked down or panning. In a totally static shot the video is bouncing around like crazy and I have never seen other clips on the web look like this.

Please take the time and look at the three static clips that I uploaded and let me know what you think, I would appreciate it. I assembled the in Premiere.

Del:

Are you getting this when you playback from the camera directly onto a NTSC monitor?

Or is this after you capture on computer. Your clips look like they are field wrong (maybe upper field first) or something like that.

What Premiere settings did you use for capture and timeline? What card did you capture with?

This is how it looks directly into a Sony monitor thru the S output. I am using Premiere 6.5 with Matrox RTX100 Extreme.

Hmmm, thats weird dude. Call up Panasonic, you'll probably have to send it in for repair, or where did you buy it from and how long ago did you purchase it? You may be able to just exchange it from the place you bought it....

It looks to me like the OIS is going nuts, but I don't know.
