Anamorphic or widw angle?

If transfering to 35 what would be the better choice of lens and why.

Thanks for any info!

If transferring up to film, you'd want the anamorphic adapter. It changes the shape of the video to be widescreen, meaning that the full image gets transferred to the film.

With a wide-angle adapter, you're still shooting 4:3, which will still need to be cropped down when transferred, so you'll be losing resolution.
