the image stablizer on the dvx100
 
how do you turn on/off the image stablizer on the dvx100? Because i got the new .3 fisheye from century for it and it has a tad of venyetting in the corner, and i dont want them to move around.

Under the LCD on the left side of the camera (lower right) is a button that says "OIS". Toggles the function on/off.
How is that lens? How much? And how heavy? The one I saw last year was so heavy the camera was completely out of balance with it on. Seemed it would be hard to shoot handheld for extended periods with it. True?

I went out and filmed skateboarding tonight and it wasnt to bad. It looks GREAT also.
