Is it possible to upgrade de dvx100 to dvx100a.

If we chage the software, could we use the autofocus on 25p?

Also, is there a dvx100ae (e for european)?

There is no upgrade path available from Panasonic.

Upgrade is impossible since it involved lens, motor, and electronics - basically most of the cam except audio and tape transport.

There is a PAL version.
