Is anyone capturing with a Powerbook?

hi

just wondering if anyone is capturing directly to a PB
i'm buying a DVX100a and a 17" Powerbook on Tuesday and
would like to know if i can capture directly and how,
just want to do this until the FS-4 comes out.

Plus if there's any minimum requirements on the VRAM (64MB or 128MB)

any help or tips is appreciated

regards,
Charles

Have a look at BTV Pro, it can be used for this. Nice little shareware program. It can also serve as a field monitor and has a number of scopes available also. It will even do time lapse.

hi Boyd

thanks for the link and fast reply

just wondering if there are any other programs as well to choose from.

have you tried this program with a DVX100a to a Powerbook on Panther?

is there any known bugs etc?

would i be able to record with all the features of the DVX100a?

thanks for your help

regards,
Charles
