Who cares about a PSP battery that allows someone to do something with a PSP? And, what has that got to do with recording from the HDMI port?

There seems to be new belief that if something doesn't do what you want, SOMEHOW firmware will fix it. Sorry, things like HDMI is hardware that doesn't depend on firmware. Perhaps there are too few folks who understand what IS hardware and what is firmware.
