Help with HD link and GH1 footage
 
Ok, GH2 footage processes great with HDLink, perfect. Footage from Gh1 hacked will process, but a VERY slow rate. 10 second clip took three hours, I'm not kidding.

The bit rates from the GH1 vary wildly, from 50% to 300%, every clip is different. I think the hacked footage is screwy somehow.

Thoughts anyone?
