Anyway to adapt a Canon 20x HD Video Zoom XL to a GH2?

Just wondering, as I have that lens on my XL H1a obviously, wondering if there are adapters out there to go from the canon XL mount system to a micro 4/3?

The problem is the GH2 has a huge sensor relative to the Canon. It won't work.

The fun zone for GH2 begins with 16mm glass, and even with that, you need to be in ETC mode (cropped).

No. Even C-mount lenses made for 1/3" sensors won't work even with ETC engaged.
