Yellow banding issue...and audio?

Hey, I just shot and edited a commercial for a local spa. The Spa, LLC - YouTube

If you notice at 0:26 I got thick yellow stripes across the wall. I've noticed this issue before, but couldn't pinpoint the cause. I get it with various lenses. Anyone else have this issue?

Also, I recorded the audio on site with an Audio-Technica AT4040 plugged into a Zoom H4n, and a pop filter. I used the de-esser in Premiere, and used the compressor on a couple of clips. The audio feels too raw, though. Any tips on how to make it sound more pleasing? Perhaps I need to compress all the audio clips? I only used it on a couple of clips that were clipping. What do you guys do for audio post-processing for voice-over?

The banding is caused by the fluorescent lighting and shutter speed combo. Saw a video on how to make it a bit less noticeable on Vimeo using FCP:
