Flash with the GH3
 

I have no flash photography experience. I bought a Metz 52 AF-1 flash. I have tried interpreting both the GH3 manual, the instructions provided by Metz and Googled GH3 flash. All with no luck. I can not make the --- thing work as advertised.

Any suggestions?

Once the flash is installed on the hot shoe turn on the flash in the setting menu. At the very least you should see the flash fire when you press the shutter button. If that works with no experience I would set the flash to auto TTL and let the camera figure out the exposure.
