My first time lapse

Very easy to do on the GH3. You just have to have some time and not need your camera for a while. Anyway, I shot this at 7 second intervals. Does that look about right for clouds?

Also, it can't be my imagination, but youtube sure seems to add a lot of contrast.

Nice. FWIW, looks about right to me.

The time lapse looks right with the exception of focus. You seem to have focused the branches on the left side, but not the ones in the foreground but in the middle, which are not very visible.

The first one I did... apparently I didn't get the lapse picture interval right for the first part, the clouds moved way too choppy, so you did a much better job there :)

Re: My first time lapse

I think for cloud time-lapse videos one wants a wide view lens and more sky. Here is a 3-second interval time-lapse cloud video, with a quasi fish-eye lens (it's not a GH3, which I own, but it illustrates the point):

Very nice Mark, but be gentle with us GHx users, 28mm equivalent (which is what you saw in my vid) is the widest we can get without spending a small fortune...
