Viewing P2 footage
Besides P2CMS any other way just to play back P2 footage ..without any editing software.. VLC doesnt work. Macbook pro .. shotput pro downloading software..

Raylight has a plug in that will let you view your footage, haven't tried it myself but heard lots of good things about it, their customer support is fantastic as well.
Linky: Raylight by DVFilm - Edit HVX200 DVCPROHD P2 MXF with Vegas or FCP Or if you're using FCP, you can Log and Transfer all your footage, then you have a .mov files which play back in QuickTime.

I have the same problem editing DVCPro HD. I have the Raylight codec demo but the 4 ch audio is only 2ch in Vegas (7) and Premier CS4. When I uninstalled the Raylight I still have the DVfilm watermark on the DVCPro HD files
