I am assuming you mean with the PCMCIA slot. You should be able to do this eventually as Apple is aware of the OS situation and the P2 card. They are working on it.

Yes, that's what I meant- not direct from firewire capture! I was tinking cordless p2 recording with 2 p2 cards. Since the 4gb cards seem to be dropping below $1000 in the future (october), I was thinking on purchasing the camera with two of these cards- which would equal one 8gb card with the possibility of continuing recording while one card is being dumped at the hard disk (I don't know if this workflow is fast enough for 1080i, tough)
