Need to rent HVX200

Hi all,

I'm planning to shoot a short film in May and is trying to find out all the places that rent this camera and do a price comparison. I live in Los Angeles. Any clues anybody? I already check out places like Moviola, Abelcine, 24Dv.net. Looking forward to shoot my film in 720p with only one indoor location in Los Angeles.

Is anyone out there who own this camera and is interested to rent it? Please let me know all the details.

Appreicate all help.

Thanks.

$350-$400 a day with ONE 4 GB P2 card. Extras...extra. That is the going rate at least.

Mark Ross February 27th, 2006 02:57 PM

Shane, is that an LA-market price, or do you think that's the going rate most places? Thanks for your opinion... MR

That is the going price in LA. I don't know about the rest of the country.

I have started a company to rent out my HVXs. www.lonewolfhd.com

Camera with 2 4GB cards. $400 a week. $1000 a month.

By May, I should have Cineporter (Spec-Comm willing).

I also have Camera, 3 4GB and a p2 store for $550 a week and $1600 a month.

email me at jim (at) lonewolfhd (dot) com.

Thanks. There was an error though, it needs to read $1600 a month.

I don't plan on getting rich off of it, just want the equipment to pay for itself and help out others with a good price at the same time.

Jim,

Even 1600 for a month is a good price. I would require the camera for a month will you be able to rent it for me. I'm in St.Louis.

Hari
