Need Help Fast!! FS 100

Someone pulled out the fire wire from my powerbook while the fs 100 was mounted.

Now I can't get it to start. The blue startup screen appears but the menus don't come on. The fan just turns and turns.

Were shooting tomorrow at noon, I need this fixed pronto, any help would be a god send.

I don't mind losing whats on there I just need it to work

HELP. Thanx

Fs 100 Reboot

Try this:

With the FS-100 off, you may have to pull the battery if it is stuck on.

Hold the OFF and ON button until you see the blue screen light up.
Continue holding both for 2 more seconds.
Release the ON button and hold the OFF button until you here the FS-100
start to beep.
Then release the OFF button.
The FS-100 should start back up. If it doesn't, try the process again.

This procedure comes from the folks at Focus.

Once it starts up, I would recommend reinstalling the latest software.
Then try to turn it off and see if it comes back normally.

If this doesn't work. It is time to send it back to them for repairs.
