Sorry, I did not want to bother you, but couldn't find isntructions, so can someone tell me workflow to achieve flow motion with HVX200

I just saw his page and I think that he is over qualified.
I specially liked the super slowmo demo. Most likely film at 120fps

If Levan was asking about slow motion with HVX then.

Set camera menu 1 to film camera-frame rate from 12 - 60 fps

Make sure that you are 720. If you are using a P2 card use the PN mode.
For slow motion at 720/24p at what ever the frame rate you choose over 24.
For fast motion 720/60p and any frame rate below 60 fps.
