HVX/HPX with VEGAS+RAYLIGHT

Hi ,

after experimenting with some P2 Folders (I do not own a HVX or HPX yet) I found that Raylight does not bringt TC into Vegas - it looks like all timecode data gets lost via Raylight Workflow...

Since I work a lot with timecodes now this would kill my idea of HPX500 + VEGAS/RAYLIGHT.

Is there a workaround?

(superimposing the TC into the picture is no adequate solution..)

Thanks

ULI

I believe if you convert the MXF files to AVI with RayMaker, Vegas will read the timecode in that case.

HI Marcus,

thanks for that reply - IŽll test it with some original HPX P2 files.
